Coloring Book Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

Gamezo ("we", "us", or "our") provides the Coloring Book mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is used, and the choices available to you.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the App.

2. Information We Collect

The App does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.

Information you provide

The App has no login, registration, or contact form, so there is no information you enter into the App. The only way you might provide information to us is by emailing our support address; in that case we receive your email address and the contents of your message, and we use them only to answer your request.

Information collected automatically

The App itself does not collect personal information. The App is supported by advertising delivered through Google AdMob. To provide ads, Google and its advertising partners may automatically collect information such as your device advertising identifier (the Android Advertising ID or, on iOS, the Apple IDFA where you have allowed tracking), device type and operating system, general (non-precise) location derived from your IP address, app usage and ad-interaction data, and diagnostic information.

Game progress, scores, and settings are stored only on your device. They are not sent to us and are removed when you uninstall the App or use the "Reset progress" option in Settings.

Information we do not collect

We do not collect or access your precise location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, files, or any similar sensitive information. The App does not use these device features.

3. How We Use Your Information

We do not collect personal information ourselves, so we do not use it for our own purposes. Information collected by Google AdMob and its partners is used to display and measure advertising. We receive only aggregate, non-identifying reports, such as the number of ad impressions and estimated revenue.

Where you contact us for support, we use your email address and message only to respond to your request.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The App is a mobile application and does not use browser cookies for tracking. Google AdMob and its partners may use mobile advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, as described above.

This legal website is hosted on GitHub Pages. It does not set advertising or tracking cookies. GitHub may process standard technical information (such as IP address and request logs) to serve the site, as described in GitHub's own privacy statement.

You can limit personalized advertising at the device level: on Android, open Settings > Privacy > Ads; on iOS, open Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking and Apple Advertising. Declining personalized ads does not remove ads; it makes them less relevant to you.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for the advertising that supports the App, as described in this policy, or where required by law.

Advertising data is processed by Google and its partners under their own privacy policies. We do not receive your personal information from them.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) — used to display advertising and, where required, to collect consent. Google's privacy practices are described at policies.google.com/privacy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

Where required by law (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland), the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform — a Google-certified consent management platform — to ask for your consent before ads are requested. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the App's Settings > Privacy Options.

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store (and, where applicable, the Apple App Store), which process information under their own privacy policies.

7. Data Storage and Security

We do not operate servers that store your personal information. Game data is stored locally on your device and protected by your device's operating system. Information collected by advertising partners is stored and secured according to their own policies and security measures.

8. Data Retention

We retain no personal information on our own systems. Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the App or reset your progress. Advertising data is retained by Google and its partners according to their retention policies.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal information, to request data portability, and to withdraw consent. Because we do not hold personal information about you, most such requests should be directed to Google using the links in the "Third-Party Services" section above. We will assist where we can.

California residents (CCPA/CPRA) have the right to know, delete, and correct personal information, to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information. To limit the sharing of information for personalized advertising, use the device controls described above or the in-App consent options.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on your consent as the legal basis for advertising and on our legitimate interests in providing a free, ad-supported game. You may withdraw consent at any time.

10. Children's Privacy

The Coloring Book App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Advertising in this App is provided by Google AdMob. Depending on your region and the consent choices you make, ads may be personalized using your device's advertising identifier. You can limit personalization through the in-App consent options (where available) and your device settings.

11. International Data Transfers

Advertising partners may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by asking you to review and accept the updated policy in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
