1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Coloring Book mobile application (the "App"), provided by Gamezo. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Definitions

• "App" means the Coloring Book mobile application and its features.
• "Service" means the App and any related functionality we provide.
• "We", "us", and "our" mean Gamezo.
• "You" means the individual who uses the App.

3. Eligibility

This App is intended for users aged 13 and older (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). If you are under 13, you may not use the App.

If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you may use the App only with the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Accounts

The App does not require or support user accounts. No registration or login is needed, and we do not operate a server that stores an account for you.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment. In particular, you agree not to:

• copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except where permitted by law;
• remove or alter any proprietary notices;
• use the App unlawfully or in a way that interferes with other users or with our services; or
• use automated systems to access or interact with the App or its advertising.

6. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your device, for maintaining its security, and for any use of the App on your device. You are also responsible for any charges your mobile carrier may apply for data usage while using the App.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, artwork, sounds, logos, and content, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to use the App for your own non-commercial entertainment. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

8. User Content

The App does not allow you to submit, upload, or publish content, and we do not collect any user content.

9. Third-Party Services

The App is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties, and we are not responsible for their content or for any products or services they promote. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and them.

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store (and, where applicable, the Apple App Store), which are governed by their own terms.

10. Payments and Subscriptions

The App is free to use and is supported by advertising. The App does not offer paid subscriptions or in-app purchases. Some Apps include virtual items such as coins or boosts; these have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and may be reset or changed as part of normal game updates.

11. Service Availability

We may change, suspend, or discontinue the App or any feature at any time and without notice. The App is provided on an "as available" basis, and we do not guarantee that it will always be available or error-free.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the App, which for a free App is zero.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the App or these Terms at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, by asking you to review and accept the updated Terms in the App. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept them.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and are subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you there.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
